This is a nice winter project to do anytime it’s cold enough. It adds some decoration into a yard bare of flowers and most of its greenery, and depending on what you use, will become a handy natural dispenser for either birdseed or self-sown wildflower seeds.

Its a common sense la. If the bags are helping you get the groceries sold and out the door they are your resposibility almost as much as they are the consumers. This should apply to more than just grocery bags. If you are selling batteries and flourescent light bulbs (with mercury in them) you should provide a place to recycle them.
